Trouble Shooting

If the Best™ Device does not appear to be working correctly, replace with new quality batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries.

If no sensation is felt, replace with new quality batteries. Remember that in some cases such as thick skin or numbness, sensation may not be felt. This is normal and should be treated as if sensation is felt. At low power settings, try the device on another more sensitive part of the body to confirm the sensation.

Warranty

Avazzia, Inc. BEST™ devices are sold with a limited one-year warranty against defect of material or workmanship. The company’s liability is limited to replacement or repair of the product only, at manufacturer's discretion.

Warranty term is 12 months from the date of purchase. A receipt is necessary for warranty validation and any repair. Avazzia purchases made outside of the United States must be returned to the authorized distributor or reseller for warranty support. Only US Purchases will be accepted by Avazzia directly.
